1) Once you have elected to become a provider for Philippine Family Health and Dental Plan, Inc. and accept the HealthCashCard, you agree to give the appropriate discount(s) from your legal and published fees.
2) In order to serve you best, and assure that your fees are paid in a timely manner (no more than three working days), we request you business banking account number for DEPOSIT ONLY.
3) When a patient presents to your facility, we require them to bring identification. Once you have determined any and all treatments, procedures, products they need, kindly log on to your individual provider account and input the patient's member number, password, and amount to be charged the patient/member. The system will inform you if there is enough balance to cover your fee BEFORE you proceed. The member knows how much their balance is, so if there is not enough balance, they may ask you to input a lesser balance pay the remainder out of pocket. In addition, you may contact our office by phone at 63 2 889 5145 tand allow one of our provider representatives to assist you in assuring your fees are paid in a timely manner.
4) Our staff will gladly assist you with questions regarding the availability of cash on our member’s card and whether it is enough to cover your anticipated fees.
5) Once you have determined that the card has sufficient balance to cover your fees, you may provide the service. Once completed, you may request payment by logging on with your unique provider number and password and input the amount owed. Do not forget to input the patient/member information as well. Or you may contact our office and tell us how much is owed and allow the member to give us their password. We will provide you with payment in the manner you request. If you prefer mail, a check from our company will be processed within twenty four (24) hours. If you prefer, wiring the money to your account, the wiring will occur the same or no later than the next banking day. When you log into our site, you may provide your account information for us to deposit to your account. You may also contact our office to provide this information.
6) Please keep in mind that it is our intention and goal to increase non HMO, paying members to your office. We believe cardholders with OFW loaded gift cards provide you with an excellent addition to your income stream.
7) You will also be assigned a provider number. By logging into our site at www.healthcashcard.com, you may track all members you have provided service for and any monies due you by Philippine Family Health and Dental Plan, Inc.
8) We endeavor to make PFHDP and the HealthCashCard the most convenient and profitable means by which you deliver care. Any questions or concerns you may have to make it better for our providers are greatly appreciated.
