1) Simply fill out the loader and beneficiary information requested. Loader may or not be the cardholder (beneficiary). If you plan to be in the Philippines within the year of membership and avail of the benefits while in the Philippines, then please include your name as a beneficiary.
2) Once you have filled in the “loader” and beneficiary (cardholder) information, and selected a password, all is you need to do is decide how much to load onto the card. You may load as much as $200 per transaction and load as many times per month as your family needs. The money loaded onto the card is able to be deducted from the card at our accredited provider locations for health care services only. As the loader, you may track all transactions made using the card.
3) If you need to load more than $200 dollars for a more significant medical need, an urgency or emergency, all that is needed is to contact our office at 6328895145, or email us at info@healthcashcard.com. Our staff will immediately assist you in the loading, as well as “walk your loved one” the process. That is, once you’ve selected to use our “concierge service” or “Express Load”, simply provide our staff the necessary information, and let us assist your loved one. We call the providers, make the necessary appointments, to assure a hassle-free encounter. Moreover, we will assure payment to the provider so that your family member need not worry about it. In addition, we will provide you with updates on your family member’s experience.
4) The card is delivered to your loved one locked and unable to use until the password you have selected is given to your loved one or our office via email, text, or telephone. This assures that the card is in the hands of the person(s) intended.
5) As the loader, you select the password for the membership(s). Therefore, all transactions that have occurred relative to the membership are available for you to view by logging in to your account at www.healthcashcard.com 24hours a day. You should share this password only with your loved one(s).
6) The HealthCashCard gives you peace of mind knowing your loved ones can get good health care at discounted rates, with monies you provide specifically for that purpose.
7) Please be aware that the HealthCashCard is not intended to facilitate cash transfers and may not be used as an ATM card. It may only be used for health care purposes and only at our provider locations within the Philippines.
8) In addition, the card is intended to provide Filipinos overseas and even Filipinos in the NCR a way of assisting family members back home with payment to health care providers while also insuring the money is spent for purposes intended.
